The facilitation course is a training program designed to teach individuals how to facilitate group discussions, meetings, workshops, and other types of collaborative activities. The course provides participants with a range of skills and techniques that enable them to create a supportive and productive environment for group interactions.
The course cover topics such as communication skills, group dynamics, problem-solving techniques, conflict-resolution strategies, and decision-making processes. Participants will learn how to engage all members of the group, manage difficult personalities, and create an inclusive and respectful atmosphere.
